Our Meeting Venues
Choose our Gate 2 Conference Room for small meetings with up to 10 members of your team, or host a corporate event with up to 65 guests in our Epic Banquet Room. You can also rent the Rooftop Terrace in conjunction with the Epic Banquet Room for an outdoor reception before or after your meeting.
COVA Hotel offers a variety of meeting packages to streamline the planning process. These packages provide a great value and allow you to budget more efficiently in advance, and each includes coffee and wireless Internet access.
If you don’t see the right package for your event, we’ll be happy to provide a customized package to fit your needs. Our event coordinator will assist you throughout the whole process.
Skyline Meeting Package
Start your meetings off right with some freshly made coffee while admiring the view of San Francisco’s beautiful skyline. Then, get to work! This package is ideal for short or day meetings, and includes afternoon breaks. Pricing and details are available upon request.
Rooftop Soiree Extraordinaire Package
This exclusive package includes the rental of our Epic Banquet Room and the Rooftop Terrace, as well as your choice of hot or cold snacks served throughout. This package could be combined with the hors d’oeuvre menu, from which any of seven appetizers can be selected. The menu is available upon request.
Luncheon with a View
Planning a conference over dinner or lunch? This package is the perfect choice, as it includes an affordable menu that will impress any food lover, plus the rental of our Epic Banquet Room and Rooftop Terrace. A five-room minimum is required to book this package. The menu is available upon request.
